Family Dinners

"Church is not a place you go to, but a family you belong to!"

The goal our Family Dinners is not to give people something extra to cram into their already busy schedule but to help them experience the good life - the way Jesus designed it.  He designed life to flourish in community not isolation. Life is better together.

Every Family Dinner is different but our hope is that each one will foster a sense of belonging and family, and that life-long friendships would be built.

FAQ’s

How much does it cost?

It's donation based. At the dinner everyone will have an opportunity to pitch in if they are able. This will go for providing the next meal.  Everyone is encouraged to bring a side dish or dessert.  The main dish and drinks are provided.

Can kids come?

Absolutely. But we leave that decision up to you.  We typically don’t provide childcare so you will be responsible for your children.  Some families get babysitters and make the evening more of a date they can enjoy. Others bring kids and have a great time. You decide.

What’s for dinner?

Each night has a theme (Italian, Mexican, etc) which is emailed the week of the dinner.

Can I host a dinner?

Absolutely. Contact Christian Gillette for details.

Will there be alcohol?

We want to promote a family friendly environment so family dinners are alcohol-free.

How should I dress?

Dress comfortably. There’s no dress code – this is family!

Can I invite people?

Yes. Just make sure they RSVP so there’s enough food.
